This Cookie Policy describes how Shasilo uses cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies. At Shasilo, we believe you can have a great shopping experience while you can enjoy great privacy. To achieve these goals, we strive to use only requisite cookies.

I. What is a cookie?

Cookies are text files containing small blocks of data which are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are then sent back to the website on each subsequent visit. Cookies serve useful functions because they enable web servers to recognize a user’s device or to track a user's browsing activity.

II. Does Shasilouse cookies?

Generally, Shasilo uses first-party and third-party cookies for the following purposes: to make our Services function properly; to provide a secure browsing experience during your use of our Services; to collect passive information about your use of our Services; to measure how you interact with our marketing campaigns; to help us improve our Services; and to remember your preferences for your convenience

III. How does Shasilouse cookies?

At Shasilo, we use the following types of cookies on our websites:

Category 1: Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential in order to enable you to move around our websites and use their features. Without these cookies, services like shopping baskets and e-billing cannot be provided to you. These cookies do not gather information about you for marketing purposes.

Category 2: Functional Cookies

These cookies allow our websites to remember the choices you make and provide enhanced, more personal features. For instance, we may store your location in a cookie to enable us to show you our website localized for your area. We may also remember preferences such as language and currency. In addition, these cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to web pages that you can customize. The information these cookies collect may be anonymized and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites. We do not use functional cookies to target you with online marketing. While these cookies can be disabled, this may result in less functionality during your use of our Services.

Category 3: Performance or Analytic Cookies

These cookies collect information about how you use a website, such as which pages you go to most often and if you get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies you. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works. We do not use these cookies to target you with online marketing. You can disable these cookies.

Category 4: Advertising or Targeting Cookies

These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaigns. They are usually placed through our website by our advertising networks. They may be used by these third parties to build a profile of your interests and deliver relevant advertising on other sites based on the browsing information they collect from you. You may disable the use of these cookies as set forth below.

Category 5: Other Tracking Technologies

To see how successfully our marketing campaigns or other Site goals are performing we sometimes use conversion pixels, which fire a short line of code to tell us when you have clicked on a particular button or reached a particular page (e.g. a thank you page once you have completed the procedure for subscribing to one of our services or have completed one of our forms). We also use web pixels to analyze usage patterns on our Site. The use of a pixel allows Shasilo to record that a particular device, browser, or application has visited a particular webpage.

IV. How can you manage cookies?

For strictly necessary cookies, no consent is required. Thus, you cannot disable these types of cookies on our websites.
