Order
Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team at service@shasilo.com, we can help with any queries you may have.
You may contact our customer service to cancel your order before it is shipped. And we will refund all of your money.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, you should notify our customer service before 4 pm (PST) on the day you place the order to cancel it by contacting us at service@shasilo.com. We make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible. When applying to cancel an order, please make sure to include your order number.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after an order is placed. If you use Outlook or Gmail please check your Junk folder for your confirmation, in case your Settings send it there!
To find the perfect fit, please refer to the Size Chart located in the upper right corner of each product page. Select the size that best matches your measurements and body shape according to the chart. If you're still uncertain or if the Size Chart doesn't provide the guidance you need, our Customer Support Team is always here to assist. Feel free to reach out to us at service@shasilo.com for personalized sizing help.
We currently offer size ranges up to a US18, and are working towards further size inclusivity in the near future.
We ship worldwide! If you live in a rural area or remote island; please contact our Customer Service Team at service@shasilo.com first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.
If a Sold Out style remains visible on the site this means it will most likely be restocked within the next 6 weeks, so keep checking back!

Shipping
Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 days .
Express Shipping: 3 - 5 days.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timescale, please contact us with your Order Number at service@shasilo.com.
Standard Shipping: 7 - 12 days with flat rate charge of US$12.99. Free standard shipping on orders above US$89.00.
Express Shipping: 3 - 5 days with flat rate charge of US$26.99.
We'll send your tracking info by email when your order has been shipped.
We always keep you in the loop via email. You'll hear from us when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking info when it's shipped.
Our product prices already include any potential consumption taxes, import duties, or anyother associated fees. There's no need for you to worry about additional costs.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timescale, please forward your order number to service@shasilo.com and we'll look into this for you.

Returns
You have a maximum of 90 days from the date of purchase to make returns.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the following items back for return:
-Bodysuits
-Lingerie
-Jewelry
-Accessories and homewares
-customized items (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Note: eligible items must be in their original condition; unwashed and unworn. If items are not in their original condition or have been altered in any way, they will not be accepted for return.
If your return is due to a Shasilo error or a defective item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
If the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and you are subject to a restocking fee of US$10 which subsidizes costs for packaging, labor, and re-listing the product. The fee will be deducted from your refund for your returned order.
STEP 1: Contact us to obtain a Return Label.
STEP 2: Prepare Your Package.
A. Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your packing slip.
B. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.
C. Ensure that all accessories, manuals, and any included items are included in the return package.
STEP 3: Ship It.
When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest post location.
* Your return package must be mailed out within 7 days from the date you've submitted your return request.
STEP 4: Wait for Our Processing Confirmation and Refund.
● Wait for the package to arrive at our warehouse . It usually takes 5 - 25 days, depending on the distance between your location and the warehouse.
● We will promptly notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned Shasilo, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If the return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
We will promptly notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned Shasilo, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
Please follow our return step. But you'll need to pay for it yourself as we only provide one prepaid return label per order.
