Global Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders. By placing an order with Shasilo, you agree to abide by our Shipping Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service Team at service@shasilo.com.

 

I. Shipping & Delivery

Once you've decided what to buy, select your shipping method at Checkout.

1. Standard Shipping (USPS)
7 - 12 calendar days with flat rate charge of US$12.99. Free standard shipping on orders above US$89.00.

2. Express Shipping (DHL)
3 - 5 calendar days with flat rate charge of US$26.99.

* Shipping fees listed above is calculated based on the payment value after discounts (if applicable).
* Shipping times listed above do not include order processing time.

3. Order Processing Time
● Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.
● For in stock items, please expect additional 1~3 business days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.

4. Shipping address
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. Please ensure that the shipping address provided by you is accurate and complete.

 

II. Duties & Taxes

Our product prices already include any potential consumption taxes, import duties, or anyother associated fees. There's no need for you to worry about additional costs.

 

III. Track Orders

● You will receive an email with the tracking information after the order has been processed. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. Please note: This may take longer during events or holidays.
●If you cannot track your package normally, please contact us at service@shasilo.com and we will resolve this issue within 48 hours, Mon-Fri, processing on weekends or holidays will be postponed to business days.

IV. Cancel Orders

● You may contact our customer service to cancel your order before it is shipped. And we will refund all of your money.
● Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Therefore, you should notify our customer service before 4 pm (PST) on the day you place the order to cancel it by contacting us at service@shasilo.com. We make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.
● When applying to cancel an order, please make sure to include your order number.

 

V. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

1. Shipping address limitations
● APO/FPO/DPO/P.O. Box addresses in all countries are not supported.

2. Failed Delivery Situation
● We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
● Any orders returned (i.e. returned to sender) due to incorrect, incomplete address or failure to collect from a designated collection point (i.e. after a missed delivery attempt) will require new shipping to be purchased before orders will be reshipped.
● If customers opt to cancel or refuse a delivery, and request a refund, any refund will have the original shipping and return shipping costs deducted. If the return fee exceeds the amount of the order (plus shipping costs), the package will be abandoned and you won't be refunded.
● If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at service@shasilo.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.

* Shasilo reserves the right to impose shipping restrictions and exclusions based on various factors, including but not limited to:
Legal restrictions or regulations in certain countries or regions.
Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address information.
Payment issues, such as failed transactions or fraud concerns.
Unforeseen events or natural disasters that may impact shipping operations.

We may contact customers to request additional information or documentation to fulfill certain orders. In the event of an item or order being unavailable for fulfillment due to any restriction or exclusion, and where monies had already been paid for items, we will process customers a refund for these items in line with our standard refund policy and process.

 

VI. Attention

● Sometimes unexpected delay is caused due to thorough inspection, out of stock issue, flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors, especially during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
● If you didn't get all items at the same time, your order may be shipped in separate parcels. Please don't worry!
● If you have not received your package after it has been delivered or if you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service at service@shasilo.com within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
