At Shasilo, many products are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed, based on your selected design and details.

Because of this, order changes and cancellations are only possible within a limited time window.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.

Changes to Your Order

You may request changes within 6 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not started.

During this time, we may be able to update:

• Size or variant selection
• Color options
• Design details (if applicable)
• Shipping address

Please note that requests are time-sensitive and depend on the production status of your order.

Important Conditions

Even within the 6-hour window, changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.

Production may begin quickly, sometimes within a few hours. Once production starts, the order can no longer be modified.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order for a full refund within 6 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

After this time — or once production has started — cancellations are no longer possible.

Why Changes Are Limited

Because many of our products are made to order:

• Materials are prepared specifically for your item
• Production begins based on your selected design
• Costs are incurred early in the process

Custom-made products cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, once production begins, we are unable to cancel, modify or refund the order.
