At Shasilo, many products are made to order. This means your item is created after your order is placed, rather than taken from existing stock.

Because of this, delivery time includes two stages:

Production time (creating your item)
Shipping time (delivery after dispatch)

Orders begin processing once payment is successfully completed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email & the tracking number will be sent via email as soon as it’s activated.

Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 AM (GMT -08:00) – Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

All timeframes are based on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

United States Orders

Delivery times vary slightly depending on product type:

Graphic Tees (Standard Apparel):
Production: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 3–7 business days
All-Over Print Apparel, Jerseys, Hats & Accessories:
Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 7–10 business days

International Orders

Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 9–15 business days

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, destination country regulations, and local postal services.

Final shipping costs will always be displayed before payment is completed.

Shasilo ships from the United States and delivers to most international locations. Availability may vary depending on regional carrier limitations.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may be required for reshipment.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by local authorities upon delivery.
